Signing up is quick and straightforward. For $99 per year, members receive excellent care at an unbeatable value with:

Your membership includes:
- Unlimited exams
- All required X-rays
- An annual oral cancer screening
- 10-35% off most other services

Note: Bright Smiles subscription plans are NOT INSURANCE. They are licensed discount savings plans offered by participating providers. Subscribers in good standing with their subscription fees are eligible to receive transparent, subscriber-only discounts from the normal retail fees at participating offices. The plan subscriber is obligated to pay for all services other than the discount afforded by the subscription plan. Subscribili does not make payments directly to providers for services rendered to plan subscribers. Before purchase and upon request, Subscribili will provide a comprehensive list of all participating providers, including their names, cities, states, and specialty categories, within the service area of a plan subscriber. Dental Membership Savings Plan Details
Our savings plan is designed with your oral health in mind, covering exams, annual oral cancer screenings, and many other important dental services. The plan includes:
- Unlimited exams
- Necessary X-rays with exam
- Annual oral cancer screening
- $99 basic cleaning or periodontal maintenance
- $175 SRP per quadrant
- 10% discount on all preventative and fillings, crowns, implants, bridges, and extractions
- 20% discount for crowns and implants*
- 35% discount on dentures and partials (excluding repairs, realigns, and rebase)
- 5% discount on clear braces and any orthodontic services
*Excludes financing through third-party providers. Discounts apply to treatments paid in full with cash, check, or personal credit card.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Our savings plan is exclusive to Crossroads Dental and Implants and cannot be transferred to another dental provider.
